For over 160 years we’ve been making our award winning bacon the same way, using the traditional Ayrshire cure. So it tastes just the way it used to. Our smoked back bacon has a mouth watering, light smoky flavour after being slowly smoked in our own smokehouse, using a mix of beech and apple wood. We do not add any water to our bacon, so there is minimum shrinkage while cooking, and it will go nice and crispy.
Suitable for home freezing.
